I am on Zoom, but I can’t hear anything

Please look for the headphone’s icon on the bottom panel on the Zoom screen (next to the camera icon) and to click on this. A message will appear asking if you would like to ‘join with audio.’ 

Click "allow"/"yes", and this will enable the sound.
